Job summary
The Clinic manager position is a full-time salaried position that overseas the administrative operations of the clinic. This position is in charge of day-to-day operations, staff management, and customer service all together, while contributing to the growth of the business. 

Minimum requirements
Must have management experience -- min 3 year
High School Diploma
Preferably Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
Clear Credit and Background Check
Current California Drivers License

Abilities required:
1. Social and organized individual with a strong work ethic and leadership qualities
2. Must be the link between the employees and the owners of the clinic
3. Must be aware of the company's policies and act in accordance
4. Manage the cost, quality, and delivery of patient care 
5. Be able to negotiate with both medical and non-medical staff internally along with individuals outside of the clinical setting
6. Collect information, analyze and utilize it to plan and manage products and services offered within the clinic
7. Personable, enthusiastic, and ambitious with the ability to direct, hire, and train staff 
8. Excellent time management, communication, organizational and follow-up skills
9. Punctuality, professionalism and be a self starter
10. Ability to assess the need for and implement new directives and policies
11. Plan and implement changes to current systems to improve the delivery of services
12. Generalize data for monitoring and quality assurance purposes if needed
13. Manage financial data and other information using computers to analyze and evaluate performance
15. Schedule and conduct staff meetings (with Anchor Practitioner and possibly business owners)
16. Maintaining finances and setting budgets within the constraints of the business model if needed
17. Ensure overall clinical treatment and documentation legal compliance, 
18. Ensure OSHA/safety clinical compliance (i.e. needle stick and eye contamination treatments/protocols
19. Maintain staff training records, license information, continuing education documentation, and clinical competencies.


Skills and Specifications:
Able to communicate effectively with clinical personal, managers, assistant managers, owners, and clients
Able to classify, prioritize, and manage complicated problems of office patients/clients
Excellent verbal de-escalation skills
Active contribution to clinical work system/environment with focus on high quality of teamwork
Good utilization of resources of the community
Good problem solving skills, proven leadership ability
Social Media skills
